THERAPY
Face to face and Telehealth therapy appointments are available and are 50 minute sessions. Telehealth appointments are available Australia wide whilst face to face appointments are available in Gladstone, Queensland. Courtney sees individuals aged 8+ years for therapeutic intervention. Younger children may be considered after assessing their therapeutic needs.

Mental Health Care Plan
Mental Health Care Plans (MCHP) allow you to claim up to 10 individual and 10 group sessions with an eligible mental health professional each year.
Rebate: $98.95
Out of Pocket fee: $101.05
Sessions: 10 per calendar year.
Note: You will need to see your General Practitioner for a MHCP referral.
Private Insurance or Private Paying
Your out-of-pocket fee will depend on your private health individual cover. Email directly for the codes you will need to check with your insurer.
If paying privately, no rebate is available.

Eating Disorder Management Plan
Individuals with a diagnosed eating disorder may be eligible for a Medicare-supported treatment plan offering up to 40 individual psychological sessions per calendar year.
Rebate: $98.95
Out-of-pocket fee: $101.05
Sessions: Up to 40 per year (in 10-session blocks, with review)
Note: A referral and Eating Disorder Management Plan must be prepared by your GP or psychiatrist. A review is required after each block of 10 sessions.

Chronic Disease Management Plan
If you're living with a chronic medical condition (such as diabetes, chronic pain, or cardiovascular disease), you may be eligible for psychological support under a Chronic Disease Management Plan. This referral enables you to access Medicare rebates for allied health services, including Telehealth psychology sessions.
Rebate: $61.80
Out-of-pocket fee: $138.20
Sessions: Up to 5 individual sessions per calendar year (shared across all allied health providers)
Note: You'll need a referral from your GP under a Team Care Arrangement (TCA).
