Psychological Assessments
Summary Report
A concise, clinically informed report that outlines the key findings of your assessment. This includes your presenting concerns, relevant background, results of the assessment tools used, and clear diagnostic conclusions (where applicable). A summary report also provides brief recommendations to guide next steps in treatment, school, or workplace supports.
Comprehensive Report
A detailed, in-depth report that expands on all components of the assessment. This includes a thorough history, test-by-test explanation of results, interpretation in context, diagnostic formulation, and an extensive set of recommendations across home, school and work. This option is ideal when you require a higher level of detail for NDIS, school accommodations, workplace adjustments, or multidisciplinary teams. The comprehensive report requires more time to interpret, write and often liaise with other psychologists and therefore, this is charged accordingly.
At Courtney Ah Shay Psychology, I understand that both therapy and psychological assessments can feel daunting, empowering…or often a combination of the two. I also recognise that many factors contribute to how you experience the process, including clarity around fees and what you will receive. To support transparency, accessibility, and choice, I offer two report options for each type of psychological assessment:
