Group Therapy
Group therapy is a unique opportunity to experience change and progress within a group setting. It’s a space where you can explore current challenges, try new ways of coping, and learn from shared experiences in a contained and structured environment. Guided with compassion and practical strategies, facilitation will focus on building resilience, confidence, and meaningful connections, supporting you to gain insight, develop skills, and feel that you’re not alone on your journey.
There are currently no active groups however we are seeking interest. If you are interested in attending a group as an individual or as a group, please make contact and express your needs.
The Circle Of Security® Parenting™ Program
Parenting is hard, and everyone knows there’s no step-by-step manual to guide you through raising a child. Like many aspects of life, it comes with both challenging and rewarding moments, all of which contribute to this ever-evolving journey.
As a trained Circle Of Security Parenting Program (COSP) facilitator, I guide parents and caregivers through the program. This is a research-based, strengths-focused approach to understanding and supporting your child’s emotional needs. Through group sessions, you’ll learn practical strategies to strengthen your relationship, respond to challenging behaviours with confidence, and help your child feel secure and understood. The program is collaborative, supportive, and designed to empower you as a parent while deepening your connection with your child.
COSP is an attachment-based program which focuses on the unique relationship between a parent and their child. In this program, you will also consider your own experience of being a child and how that has shaped you into who you are today. The program has decades of research which has informed practical strategies and tools that you are supported to try throughout your time as a participant in the group.
If you would like to express your interest in completing COSP, let us know.
